These are the lilacs that Spencer cut for me for Mother's Day. He and Amy were looking at theirlilac bush and Amy made the comment that Nana really liked lilacs so Spencer said "Well, let's cut her some", and he came in with them and presented them to me.

That reminds me of when I used to pick them for you and bring them to you!! You were always so sweet about getting them even though I am sure you would have liked to see them on your bush outside so they would live longer!!
I was telling Ashley about how when we were younger we would even pick you dandy lions and you accepted them as if they were the most beautiful flower you had ever seen. I didn't know at the time that they were really a weed!!
Oh I love lilacs too. How perfect that you got some for mother's day.
